COMMISSION REGULATION (EEC) No 3576/91 of 9 December 1991 abolishing the countervailing charge on fresh lemons originating in Argentina

THE COMMISSION OF THE EUROPEAN COMMUNITIES, the conditions specified in Article 26 ( 1 ) of Regulation (EEC) No 1035/72 are therefore fulfilled and the counter­ Having regard to the Treaty establishing the European vailing charge on imports of fresh lemons originating in Economic Community, Argentina can be abolished, Having regard to the Act of Accession of Spain and Portugal, Having regard to Council Regulation (EEC) No 1035/72 HAS ADOPTED THIS REGULATION : of 18 May 1972 on the common organization of the market in fruit and vegetables ('), as last amended by Regulation (EEC) No 1623/91 (2), and in particular the Article 1 second subparagraph of Article 27 (2) thereof, Regulation (EEC) No 3314/91 is hereby repealed. Whereas Commission Regulation (EEC) No 3314/91 (3), as amended by Regulation (EEC) No 3442/91 (4), intro­ duced a countervailing charge on fresh lemons originating Article 2 in Argentina ; Whereas for this product originating in Argentina there This Regulation shall enter into force on 10 December were no prices for six consecutive working days ; whereas 1991 .
