COMMISSION REGULATION (EEC) No 111/92 of 17 January 1992 abolishing the countervailing charge on fresh Clementines originating in Morocco
THE COMMISSION OF THE EUROPEAN COMMUNITIES, in accordance with the provisions of Article 5 of that Regulation, indicated that entry prices have been at least Having regard to the Treaty establishing the European equal to the reference price for three consecutive market Economic Community, days ; whereas the conditions specified in the third indent Having regard to the Act of Accession of Spain and of Article 26 (2) of Regulation (EEC) No 1035/72 are Portugal, therefore fulfilled and the countervailing charge on imports of these products originating in Morocco can be Having regard to Council Regulation (EEC) No 1035/72 abolished, of 18 May 1972 on the common organization of the market in fruit and vegetables ('), as last amended by Regulation (EEC) No 1623/91 (2), and in particular the HAS ADOPTED THIS REGULATION : second subparagraph of Article 27 (2) thereof, Whereas Commission Regulation (EEC) No 66/92 (3), Article 1 introduced a countervailing charge on fresh Clementines originating in Morocco ; Regulation (EEC) No 66/92 is hereby repealed.
Whereas the present trend of prices for products origina Article 2 ting in Morocco on the representative markets referred to in Regulation (EEC) No 211 8/74 (4), as last amended by This Regulation shall enter into force on 18 January Regulation (EEC) No 381 1 /85 (*), recorded or calculated 1992.
This Regulation shall be binding in its entirety and directly applicable in all Member States.
