COMMISSION REGULATION (EEC) No 266/92 of 4 February 1992 amending Regulation (EEC) No 3081/91 and, increasing to 100 000 tonnes the amount of barley held by the Italian intervention agency for which a standing invitation to tender for resale on the internal market has been opened

THE COMMISSION OF THE EUROPEAN COMMUNITIES, up for sale on the internal market of the Community should be increased to 1 00 000 tonnes ; Having regard to the Treaty establishing the European Economic Community, Whereas the measures provided for in this Regulation are Having regard to Council Regulation (EEC) No 2727/75 in accordance with the opinion of the Management Committee for Cereals, of 29 October 1975 on the common organization of the market in cereals ('), as last amended by Regulation (EEC) No 3577/90 (2), and in particular Article 7 (6) thereof, HAS ADOPTED THIS REGULATION : Having regard to Council Regulation (EEC) No 1836/82 of 7 July 1982 laying down the procedure and conditions for the disposal of cereals held by intervention agen Article 1 cies (3), as last amended by Regulation (EEC) No 3043/91 (4), In Article 1 of Regulation (EEC) No 3081 /81 'of 50 000 tonnes' is replaced by 'of 100 000 tonnes'. Whereas Commission Regulation (EEC) No 3081 /91 (') opened a standing invitation to tender for the resale on Article 2 the internal market of 50 000 tonnes of barley held by the Italian intervention agency ; This Regulation shall enter into force on the day of its Whereas in the present situation on the market the quan publication in the Official Journal of the European tity of barley held by the Greek intervention agency put Communities.

This Regulation shall be binding in its entirety and directly applicable in all Member States .
