COMMISSION REGULATION (EEC) No 384/92 of 18 February 1992 opening a standing invitation to tender for the supply to Estonia of 60 000 tonnes of bread-making common wheat held at Ghent by the French intervention agency
THE COMMISSION OF THE EUROPEAN COMMUNITIES, from the port of Ghent, cif (ex-ship), to the Estonian port of Tallinn . ANNEX III
Delivery specifications
Delivery in bulk, cif (ex-ship) to the Estonian port of Tallinn. One lot of 60 000 tonnes in three shipments : — 20 000 tonnes : Arrival date between 14 and 15. 3 . 1992. — 20 000 tonnes : Arrival date between 23 and 24. 3 . 1992. — 20 000 tonnes : Arrival date between 1 and 2. 4. 1992. The deliveries may take place before the dates laid down on the initiative of the successful tenderer and under his responsibility if the necessary conditions are met for unloading and removal in the port of Tallinn. If no bid has been accepted on 27. 2. 1992, the above dates should be postponed by seven days. The same should be applied if no bid has been accepted on 5. 3 . 1992.
