COMMISSION REGULATION (EEC) No 604/92 of 10 March 1992 opening a standing invitation to tender for the supply to Lithuania of 15 000 tonnes of bread-making common wheat held at Ghent by the French intervention agency
THE COMMISSION OF THE EUROPEAN COMMUNITIES, from the port of Ghent, cif (ex-ship), to the Lithuanian port of Klaipeda. ANNEX III
Delivery specifications
Delivery in bulk, cif (ex-ship) to the Lithuanian port of Klaipeda. One lot of 15 000 tonnes : arrival date between 30 and 31 March 1992. The delivery may take place before the dates laid down on the initiative of the successful tenderer and under his responsibility if the necessary conditions are met for unloading and removal in the port of Klaipeda. If no bid has been accepted on 19 March 1992, the above date should be postponed by seven days. The same should be applied if no bid has been accepted on 26 March 1992.
