COMMISSION REGULATION (EEC) No 610/92 of 10 March 1992 amending Regulation (EEC) No 390/92 introducing a countervailing charge on fresh sweet oranges originating in Turkey

THE COMMISSION OF THE EUROPEAN COMMUNITIES, consideration, the countervailing charge on the import of fresh sweet oranges originating in Turkey must be Having regard to the Treaty establishing the European altered ; Economic Community, Having regard to the Act of Accession of Spain and Whereas the measures provided for in this Regulation are Portugal, in accordance with the opinion of the Management Committee for Fruit and Vegetables, Having regard to Council Regulation (EEC) No 1035/72 of 18 May 1972 on the common organization of the market in fruit and vegetables ('), as last amended by HAS ADOPTED THIS REGULATION : Regulation (EEC) No 1623/91 (2), and in particular the first subparagraph of Article 27 (2) thereof, Article 1 Whereas Commission Regulation (EEC) No 390/92 (3) introduced a countervailing charge on fresh sweet oranges In Article 1 of Regulation (EEC) No 390/92 'ECU 4,99' is originating in Turkey ; hereby replaced by 'ECU 14,21 '. Whereas Article 26 (1 ) of Regulation (EEC) No 1035/72 laid down the conditions under which a charge intro­ Article 2 duced in application of Article 25 of that Regulation is amended ; whereas if those conditions are taken into This Regulation shall enter into force on 1 1 March 1 992.

This Regulation shall be binding in its entirety and directly applicable in all Member States.
