THE COMMISSION OF THE EUROPEAN COMMUNITIES, Article 3

The successful tenderer shall undertake to provide the Lithuanian authorities with the documents required for Article 2 supply purposes as specified in the notice of invitation to tender drawn up by the German intervention agency. 1 . The invitation to tender shall cover 45 000 tonnes of bread-making common wheat in bulk to be supplied cif Article 8 (ex-ship), to the Lithuanian port of Klaipeda. 2. ANNEX IV

Delivery specifications

Delivery in bulk, cif (ex-ship) to the Lithuanian port of Klaipeda. One lot of 45 000 tonnes in two shipments : — 25 000 tonnes : Arrival date between 6 and 7 April 1992. — 20 000 tonnes : Arrival date between 18 and 19 April 1992. The deliveries may take place before the dates laid down on the initiative of the successful tenderer and under his responsibility if the necessary conditions are met for unloading and removal in the port of Klai­ peda. If no bid has been accepted on 26 March 1992, the above dates should be postponed by seven days. The same should be applied if no bid has been accepted on 2 April 1992.
