COMMISSION REGULATION (EEC) No 1137/92 of 4 May 1992 adjusting the corrective amount on the import of artichokes into the Community of Ten from Spain

Whereas Regulation (EEC) No 3709/89 lays down general rules for applying the said compensatory mechanism and Commission Regulation (EEC) No 3815/89 (2) lays down Article 2 detailed rules for applying the said compensatory mechanism : This Regulation shall enter into force on 5 May 1992.

This Regulation shall be binding in its entirety and directly applicable in all Member States .
