COMMISSION REGULATION (EEC) No 1357/92 of 26 May 1992 fixing the refunds applicable to cereal and rice sector products supplied as Community and national food aid

Whereas the general and implementing rules provided for in Article 16 of Regulation (EEC) No 2727/75 and in Article 17 of Regulation (EEC) No 1418/76 on export Article 3 refunds are applicable mutatis mutandis to the above­ mentioned operations ; This Regulation shall enter into force on 1 June 1992.

This Regulation shall be binding in its entirety and directly applicable in all Member States .
