COMMISSION REGULATION (EEC) No 2037/92 of 22 July 1992 adopting interim protective measures in so far as concerns Spain in regard to applications for STM licences coming from the Community of Ten for milk and milk products lodged between 13 and 17 July 1992

Having regard to the Act of Accession of Spain and HAS ADOPTED THIS REGULATION : Portugal, and in particular Article 85 (1 ) thereof,

Whereas Commission Regulation (EEC) No 608/86 (') Article 1 laying down detailed rules for applying the supplementary trade mechanism to milk products imported into Spain 1 . Applications for STM licences as referred to in from the Community of Ten and from Portugal, as last Regulation (EEC) No 606/86, lodged between 13 and amended by Regulation (EEC) No 705/92 (2), fixes the 17 July 1992 for the Community of Ten and lodged with indicative ceilings for milk sector products for 1992 and the Commission, for milk products falling within : splits these up into monthly ceilings ; — category 4 of CN code ex 0406 are hereby accepted Whereas applications for STM licences in the Community up to 63,37 % , of Ten for cheese of categories 4 and 5a have reached the — category 5a of CN code ex 0406 are hereby accepted ceiling set for July 1992 ; up to 4,20 % .

Whereas Article 85 (1 ) of the Act of Accession states that 2.
