COMMISSION REGULATION (EEC) No 2153/92 of 29 July 1992 introducing a corrective amount on the import of table grapes into the Community of Ten from Spain

Whereas Commission Regulation (EEC) No 38 1 5/89 (3) Article 1 lays down detailed rules for applying the compensatory mechanism on imports of fruit and vegetables from On import into the Community of Ten of table grapes Spain ; (CN codes 0806 10 15 and 0806 10 19) from Spain a corrective amount of ECU 3,38 per 100 kilograms net shall be levied. Whereas, in the case of table grapes, the offer price for the Spanish product as calculated in accordance with the provisions of Council Regulation (EEC) No 3709/89 has Article 2 remained for two consecutive market days at a level at least ECU 0,6 below the Community offer price ; whereas This Regulation shall enter into force on 31 July 1992.

This Regulation shall be binding in its entirety and directly applicable in all Member States .
