COMMISSION REGULATION (EEC) No 2318/92 of 6 August 1992 fixing the corrective amount applicable to the refund on cereals

Whereas the measures provided for in this Regulation are export refunds fixed in advance in respect of cereals shall be as set out in the Annex hereto. in accordance with the opinion of the Management Committee for Cereals,

HAS ADOPTED THIS REGULATION : Article 2 Article 1

The corrective amount referred to in Article 16 (4) of Regulation (EEC) No 2727/75 which is applicable to This Regulation shall enter into force on 7 August 1992.

This Regulation shall be binding in its entirety and directly applicable in all Member States.
