COMMISSION REGULATION (EEC) No 2491/92 of 27 August 1992 opening a standing invitation to tender for the supply to Estonia of 25 000 tonnes of barley held by the Belgian intervention agency

ANNEX IV

Delivery specifications

Delivery in bulk, cif (ex-ship) to the Estonian port of Tallinn. One lot of 25 000 tonnes in two shipments : — 12 500 tonnes : Arrival date between 21 and 22 September 1992, — 12 500 tonnes : Arrival date between 5 and 6 October 1992, The deliveries may take place before the dates laid down on the initiative of the successful tenderer and under his responsibility if the necessary conditions are met for unloading and removal in the port of Tallinn. If no bid has been accepted by 3 September 1992, the above dates should be put back by seven days. The same should be applied if no bid has been accepted on 10 September 1992.
