COMMISSION REGULATION (EEC) No 2902/92 of 5 October 1992 abolishing the countervailing charge on fresh lemons originating in Argentina
THE COMMISSION OF THE EUROPEAN COMMUNITIES, recorded or calculated in accordance with the provisions of Article 5 of that Regulation, indicated that entry prices Having regard to the Treaty establishing the European have been at least equal to the reference price for two Economic Community, consecutive market days ; whereas the conditions speci Having regard to the Act of Accession of Spain and fied in the second indent of Article 26 (1 ) of Regulation Portugal, (EEC) No 1035/72 are therefore fulfilled and the counter Having regard to Council Regulation (EEC) No 1035/72 vailing charge on imports of these products originating in of 18 May 1972 on the common organization of the Argentina can be abolished, market in fruit and vegetables ('), as last amended by Regulation (EEC) No 1754/92 (2), and in particular the HAS ADOPTED THIS REGULATION : second subparagraph of Article 27 (2) thereof, Whereas Commission Regulation (EEC) No 2805/92 (3) Article 1 introduced a countervailing charge on fresh lemons origi nating in Argentina ; Regulation (EEC) No 2805/92 is hereby repealed. Whereas the present trend of prices for products origin Article 2 ating in Argentina on the representative markets referred to in Commission Regulation (EEC) No 211 8/74 (4), as last amended by Regulation (EEC) No 381 1 /85 0, This Regulation shall enter into force on 6 October 1992.
This Regulation shall be binding in its entirety and directly applicable in all Member States .
