COMMISSION REGULATION (EEC) No 2963/92 of 13 October 1992 adjusting the corrective amount on the import of cucumbers into the Community of Ten from Spain

Commission Regulation (EEC) No 3820/90 (2) lays down detailed rules for applying the said compensatory mechanism ; Article 2 Whereas Commission Regulation (EEC) No 291 1 /92 (3) introduces a corrective amount on imports of cucumbers This Regulation shall enter into force on 14 October into the Community of Ten from Spain ; 1992.

This Regulation shall be binding in its entirety and directly applicable in all Member States .
