COMMISSION REGULATION (EEC) No 3188/92 of 30 October 1992 closing an invitation to tender for the supply of white sugar as food aid

THE COMMISSION OF THE EUROPEAN COMMUNITIES, HAS ADOPTED THIS REGULATION : Having regard to the Treaty establishing the European Economic Community, Article 1 Having regard to Council Regulation (EEC) No 3972/86 of 22 December 1986 on food-aid policy and food-aid For Lots E and F of the Annex to Regulation (EEC) management ('), as last amended by Regulation (EEC) No 2811 /92 the invitation to tender is closed.
