COMMISSION REGULATION (EEC) No 3420/92 of 27 November 1992 fixing production refunds on cereals and rice

THE COMMISSION OF THE EUROPEAN COMMUNITIES, Annex to Regulation (EEC) No 2169/86 to establish the exact amount payable ; Having regard to the Treaty establishing the European Economic Community, Whereas the measures provided for in this Regulation are in accordance with the opinion of the Management Having regard to Council Regulation (EEC) No 2727/75 Committee for Cereals, of 29 October 1975 on the common organization of the market in cereals ('), as last amended by Regulation (EEC) No 1738/92 (2), and in particular Article 1 la (5) thereof,

HAS ADOPTED THIS REGULATION : Having regard to Council Regulation (EEC) No 1009/86 of 25 March 1986 establishing general rules applying to production refunds in the cereals and rice sectors (3), as last amended by Regulation (EEC) No 1309/92 (4) and in Article 1 particular Article 6 thereof,
