repealing Regulations (EEC) No 3675/92 and (EEC) No 3676/92 in the wine sector

THE COMMISSION OF THE EUROPEAN COMMUNITIES,

Having regard to the Treaty establishing the European Economic Community,

Having regard to Council Regulation (EEC) No 822/87 of 16 March 1987 on the common organization of the market in wine (1), as last amended by Regulation (EEC) No 1756/92 (2), and in particular Article 39 (9), (10) and (11), Article 41 (7) and (10), Article 47 (3) and Article 81 thereof,

Whereas Commission Regulations (EEC) No 3675/92 (3) and (EEC) No 3676/92 (4) lay down the volumes of table wine to be distilled in the wine year 1992/93 and their distribution by region;

Whereas, as a result of an error, the texts of Regulations (EEC) No 3675/92 and (EEC) No 3676/92 do not correspond to the measures presented to the Management Committee for its opinion; whereas the Regulations in question should therefore be repealed,

HAS ADOPTED THIS REGULATION:

Article1¶

Regulations (EEC) No 3675/92 and (EEC) No 3676/92 are hereby repealed.

Article2¶

This Regulation shall enter into force on the day of its publication in the Official Journal of the European Communities.

It shall apply with effect from 19 December 1992.

This Regulation shall be binding in its entirety and directly applicable in all Member States.
