HAS ADOPTED THIS REGULATION : Whereas, in order to make it possibile for the levy arran­ gements to function normally, the representative market rate established during the reference period from 30 Article 1 December 1992, as regards floating currencies, should be used to calculate the levies ; The premiums referred to in Article 15 of Regulation (EEC) No 2727/75 to be added to the import levies fixed in advance in respect of cereals and malt shall be as set Whereas it follows from applying all these provisions that out in the Annex hereto. the premiums should be as set out in the Annex hereto ; whereas the amount of the premiums should be altered Article 2 only if application of the abovementioned provisions entails a change of more than 0,151 ECU, This Regulation shall enter into force on 1 January 1993.

This Regulation shall be binding in its entirety and directly applicable in all Member States .
