COMMISSION REGULATION (EEC) No 60/93 of 14 January 1993 fixing the export refunds on malt

This Regulation shall be binding in its entirety and directly applicable in all Member States.

(') In view of the lack of a decision by the Council on the Commission s proposal COM(92) 275 of 8 July 1992, the attention of interested parties is drawn to the possibility that, for agri-monetary reasons, an adjustment will be made in the refund on exports made from 1 January 1993.
