COMMISSION REGULATION (EEC) No 146/93 of 27 January 1993 fixing the maximum export refunds on olive oil for the fifth partial invitation to tender under the standing invitation to tender issued by Regulation (EEC) No 3143/92

Whereas Commission Regulation (EEC) No 3143/92 (4) HAS ADOPTED THIS REGULATION : issued a standing invitation to tender with a view to deter mining the export refunds on olive oil ; Article 1 Whereas Council Regulation (EEC) No 1432/92 (^ as amended by Regulation (EEC) No 3534/92 (6), prohibits The maximum export refunds for olive oil for the fifth trade between the Community and the Republics of partial invitation to tender under the standing invitation Serbia and Montenegro ; whereas this prohibition does to tender issued by Regulation (EEC) No 3143/92 are not apply to certain situations as given in the limitative hereby fixed in the Annex, on the basis of the tenders enumeration laid down in Articles 2 and 3 ; whereas this submitted by 23 January 1993. should be taken into account when refunds are fixed ;

(') Refunds for exports to the Republics of Serbia and Montenegro may only be granted for humanitarian aid supplied by charitable organizations fulfilling the conditions laid down in Article 2 (a) and Article 3 of Council Regulation (EEC) No 1432/92.
