COMMISSION REGULATION (EEC) No 193/93 of 29 January 1993 amending Regulation (EEC) No 1832/92 setting the amounts of aid for the supply of cereals products from the Community to the Canary Islands

THE COMMISSION OF THE EUROPEAN COMMUNITIES, Whereas the measures provided for in this Regulation are in accordance with the opinion of the Management Having regard to the Treaty establishing the European Committee for Cereals, Economic Community, Having regard to Council Regulation (EEC) No 1601 /92 of 15 June 1992 introducing specific measures in respect HAS ADOPTED THIS REGULATION : of certain agricultural products for the benefit of the Canary Islands ('), as amended by Regulation (EEC) \ No 3714/92 (2), and in particular Article 3 (4) thereof, Article 1 Whereas the amounts of aid for the supply of cereals products to the Canary Islands has been settled by The Annex of Regulation (EEC) No 1832/92 is replaced Commission Regulation (EEC) No 1832/92 (3) as last by the Annex to the present Regulation. amended by Regulation (EEC) No 3673/92 (4), whereas, as a consequence of the changes of the rates and prices for cereals products in the European part of the Community Article 2 and on the world market, the aid for supply to the Canary Islands should be set at the amounts given in the Annex ; This Regulation shall enter into force on 1 February 1993.

This Regulation shall be binding in its entirety and directly applicable in all Member States.
