COMMISSION REGULATION (EEC) No 233/93 of 3 February 1993 fixing the import levy on molasses

Commission Regulation (EEC) No 93/93 (4), as amended 2. However, no import levy applies to OCT originating by Regulation (EEC) No 142/93 (*) ; products according to Article 101 (1 ) of Decision Whereas it follows from applying the rules and other 91 /482/EEC. provisions contained in Regulation (EEC) No 93/93 to the information at present available to the Commission that Article 2 the levy at present in force should be altered pursuant to Article 1 of this Regulation ; This Regulation shall enter into force on 4 February 1993.

This Regulation shall be binding in its entirety and directly applicable in all Member States.
