COMMISSION REGULATION (EEC) No 291/93 of 9 February 1993 abolishing the countervailing charge on fresh Clementines originating in Morocco
THE COMMISSION OF THE EUROPEAN COMMUNITIES, calculated in accordance with the provisions of Article 5 of that Regulation, indicated that entry prices have been Having regard to the Treaty establishing the European Economic Community, at least equal to the reference price for two consecutive market days ; whereas the conditions specified in the Having regard to the Act of Accession of Spain and second indent of Article 26 (1 ) of Regulation (EEC) No Portugal, 1035/72 are therefore fulfilled and the countervailing Having regard to Council Regulation (EEC) No 1035/72 charge on imports of these products originating in Morocco can be abolished, of 18 May 1972 on the common organization of the market in fruit and vegetables ('), as last amended by Regulation (EEC) No 1 754/92 (2), and in particular the HAS ADOPTED THIS REGULATION : second subparagraph of Article 27 (2) thereof, Whereas Commission Regulation (EEC) No 234/93 (3), Article 1 introduced a countervailing charge on fresh Clementines originating in Morocco ; Regulation (EEC) No 234/93 is hereby repealed.
Whereas the present trend of prices for products origina Article 2 ting in Morocco on the representative markets referred to in Commission Regulation (EEC) No 2118/74 (4), as last This Regulation shall enter into force on 10 February amended by Regulation (EEC) No 249/93 (*), recorded or 1993 .
This Regulation shall be binding in its entirety and directly applicable in all Member States.
