COMMISSION REGULATION (EEC) No 356/93 of 17 February 1993 abolishing the countervailing charge on fresh lemons originating in Cyprus

THE COMMISSION OF THE EUROPEAN COMMUNITIES, accordance with the provisions of Article 5 of that Regu lation, indicates that the application of the first subpara Having regard to the Treaty establishing the European graph of Article 26(1 ) of Regulation (EEC) No 1035/72 Economic Community, would result in the countervailing charge being fixed at Having regard to the Act of Accession of Spain and zero ; whereas the conditions specified in the second Portugal, indent of Article 26(1 ) of Regulation (EEC) No 1035/72 are therefore fulfilled and the countervailing charge on Having regard to Council Regulation (EEC) No 1035/72 imports of these products originating in Cyprus can be of 18 May 1972 on the common organization of the abolished, market in fruit and vegetables ('), as last amended by Regulation (EEC) No 1754/92 (2), and in particular the second subparagraph of Article 27 (2) thereof, HAS ADOPTED THIS REGULATION : Whereas Commission Regulation (EEC) No 133/93 (3), as last amended by Regulation (EEC) No 281 /93 (4), intro Article 1 duced a countervailing charge on fresh lemons originating Regulation (EEC) No 133/93 is hereby repealed. in Cyprus ; Whereas the present trend of prices for these products on Article 2 the representative markets referred to in Commission Regulation (EEC) No 21 18/74 as last amended by This Regulation shall enter into force on 18 February Regulation (EEC) No 249/93 (6), recorded or calculated in 1993 .

This Regulation shall be binding in its entirety and directly applicable in all Member States.
