COMMISSION REGULATION (EEC) No 464/93 of 26 February 1993 fixing the maximum buying-in price and the quantities of beef bought in for the first partial invitation to tender within the special intervention measures under Regulation (EEC) No 1627/89

Having regard to Commission Regulation (EEC) No 859/89 of 29 March 1989 laying down detailed rules for HAS ADOPTED THIS REGULATION : the application of general and special intervention measures in the beef and veal sector (3), as last amended by Regulation (EEC) No 417/93 (4), and in particular Article 1 Article 11 thereof, 'For the first partial invitation to tender opened by Whereas, pursuant to Regulation (EEC) No 859/89 an Article 1 (3) of Regulation (EEC) No 1 627/89 : invitation to tender was opened by Article 1 (3) of Commission Regulation (EEC) No 1627/89 of 9 June — the maximum buying-in price is hereby fixed at 1989 on the buying in of beef by invitation to tender ^, ECU 255,65 per 100 kilograms of carcases or half­ as last amended by Regulation (EEC) No 379/93 (*) ; carcases,

Whereas, in accordance with Article 11 ( 1 ) of Regulation — the maximum quantity of carcases or half-carcases (EEC) No 859/89, a maximum buying-in price is to be accepted is hereby fixed at 10 tonnes. fixed for each partial invitation to tender in the light of the tenders received ; Article 2 Whereas, after the tenders submitted for the first partial invitation to tender have been examined and taking This Regulation shall enter into force on 1 March 1993.

This Regulation shall be binding in its entirety and directly applicable in all Member States .
