COMMISSION REGULATION (EEC) No 584/93 of 12 March 1993 amending Regulation (EEC) No 124/93 and increasing to 150 000 tonnes the amount of durum wheat held by the Greek intervention agency for which a standing invitation to tender for resale on the internal market has been opened

THE COMMISSION OF THE EUROPEAN COMMUNITIES, agency put up for sale on the internal market of the Community should be increased to 1 50 000 tonnes ; Having regard to the Treaty establishing the European Economic Community, Whereas the measures provided for in this Regulation are Having regard to Council Regulation (EEC) No 2727/75 in accordance with the opinion of the Management of 29 October 1975 on the common organization of the Committee for Cereals, market in cereals ('), as last amended by Regulation (EEC) No 1738/92 (2), and in particular Article 7 (6) thereof, HAS ADOPTED THIS REGULATION : Having regard to Council Regulation (EEC) No 1836/82 of 7 July 1982 laying down the procedure and conditions for the disposal of cereals held by intervention agen­ Article 1 cies (3), as last amended by Regulation (EEC) No 3043/91 (4), In Article 1 of Regulation (EEC) No 124/93 'of 100 000 Whereas Commission Regulation (EEC) No 124/93 (5), as tonnes' is replaced by 'of 1 50 000 tonnes'. amended by Regulation (EEC) No 369/93 (6), opened a standing invitation to tender for the resale on the internal Article 2 market of 1 00 000 tonnes of durum wheat held by the Greek intervention agency ; This Regulation shall enter into force on the day of its Whereas in the present situation on the market the quan­ publication in the Official Journal of the European tity of durum wheat held by the Greek intervention Communities.
