COMMISSION REGULATION (EEC) No 818/93 of 5 April 1993 amending Regulation (EEC) No 230/93 opening an invitation to tender for the refund for the export of maize

THE COMMISSION OF THE EUROPEAN COMMUNITIES, HAS ADOPTED THIS REGULATION : Having regard to the Treaty establishing the European Economic Community, Article 1 Having regard to Council Regulation (EEC) No 2727/75 of 29 October 1975 on the common organization of the 1 . Article 1 (2) of Regulation (EEC) No 230/93 is market in cereals ('), as last amended by Regulation (EEC) hereby replaced by the following : No 1,738/92 (2), '2.
