Whereas it follows from applying the detailed rules Article 2 contained in Regulation (EEC) No 768/93 to the informa­ tion known to the Commission that the basic amount of This Regulation shall enter into force on 21 April 1993.

This Regulation shall be binding in its entirety and directly applicable in all Member States.
