COMMISSION REGULATION (EEC) No 986/93 of 27 April 1993 amending Regulation (EEC) No 123/93 and increasing to 150 000 tonnes the amount of barley held by the Spanish intervention agency for which a standing invitation to tender for resale on the internal market has been opened

THE COMMISSION OF THE EUROPEAN COMMUNITIES, Whereas the measures provided for in this Regulation are in accordance with the opinion of the Management Having regard to the Treaty establishing the European Committee for Cereals, Economic Community,

Having regard to Council Regulation (EEC) No 2727/75 HAS ADOPTED THIS REGULATION : of 29 October 1975 on the common organization of the market in cereals ('), as last amended by Regulation (EEC) No 1738/92 (2), and in particular Article 7 (6) thereof, Article 1

Having regard to Commission Regulation (EEC) No Regulation (EEC) No 123/93 is hereby amended as 1836/82 of 7 July 1982 laying down the procedure and follows : conditions for the disposal of cereals held by intervention 1 . In Article 1 'of 100 000 tonnes' is replaced by 'of agencies (3), as last amended by Regulation (EEC) 150 000 tonnes'. No 3043/91 (4), 2.
