COMMISSION REGULATION (EEC) No 1075/93 of 30 April 1993 introducing a countervailing charge on tomatoes originating in Morocco

THE COMMISSION OF THE EUROPEAN COMMUNITIES, conditions specified in Article 26 ( 1 ) of Regulation (EEC) No 1035/72 are therefore fulfilled and the countervailing Having regard to the Treaty establishing the European charge on imports of tomatoes originating in Morocco Economic Community, can be abolished, Having regard to Council Regulation (EEC) No 1035/72 of 18 May 1972 on the common organization of the market in fruit and vegetables ('), as last amended by HAS ADOPTED THIS REGULATION : Regulation (EEC) No 638/93 (2), and in particular the second subparagraph of Article 27 (2) thereof, Article 1

Whereas Commission Regulation (EEC) No 938/93 (3) Regulation (EEC) No 938/93 is hereby repealed. introduced a countervailing charge on tomatoes origina­ ting in Morocco ; Article 2 Whereas for tomatoes originating in Morocco there were no prices for six consecutive working days ; whereas the This Regulation shall enter into force on 1 May 1993 .

This Regulation shall be binding in its entirety and directly applicable in all Member States.
