COMMISSION REGULATION (EEC) No 1602/93 of 24 June 1993 introducing a countervailing charge on cherries originating in Hungary

Whereas Commission Regulation (EEC) No 1234/93 of Article 1 19 May 1993 fixing for the 1993 marketing year the reference prices for cherries (3) fixed the reference price for products of class I at ECU 125,70 per 100 kilograms net for the month of June 1993 ; A countervailing charge of ECU 61,82 per 100 kilograms net is applied to cherries (CN code 0809 20) originating in Hungary.
