COMMISSION REGULATION (EEC) No 1832/93 of 8 July 1993 introducing a countervailing charge on pears originating in South Africa

THE COMMISSION OF THE EUROPEAN COMMUNITIES, Regulation (EEC) No 249/93 (*), the prices to be taken into consideration must be recorded on the representative markets or, in certain circumstances, on other markets ;

HAS ADOPTED THIS REGULATION : Whereas Commission Regulation (EEC) No 641 /93 of 28 June 1993 fixing for the 1993/94 marketing year the reference prices for pears (3) fixed the reference price for products of class I for the month of July 1993 at ECU 47,03 per 1 00 kilograms net ; Article 1

Whereas, in accordance with Article 3 ( 1 ) of Commission Regulation (EEC) No 211 8/74 (4), as last amended by This Regulation shall enter into force on 10 July 1993.
