COMMISSION REGULATION (EEC) No 1929/93 of 16 July 1993 introducing a countervailing charge on tomatoes originating in Finland
THE COMMISSION OF THE EUROPEAN COMMUNITIES, charge on imports of tomatoes originating in Finland can be abolished ; Having regard to the Treaty establishing the European Economic Community, Whereas the measures provided for in this Regulation are in accordance with the opinion of the Management Having regard to Council Regulation (EEC) No 1035/72 Committee for Fruit and Vegetables, of 18 May 1972 on the common organization of the market in fruit and vegetables ('), as last amended by Regulation (EEC) No 638/93 (2), and in particular the first HAS ADOPTED THIS REGULATION : subparagraph of Article 27 (2) thereof, Whereas Commission Regulation (EEC) No 1 8 19/93 (3) Article 1 introduced a countervailing charge on tomatoes origina ting in Finland ; Regulation (EEC) No 1819/93 is hereby repealed. Whereas for tomatoes originating in Finland there were no prices for six consecutive working days ; whereas the Article 2 conditions specified in Article 26 ( 1 ) of Regulation (EEC) No 1035/72 are therefore fulfilled and the countervailing This Regulation shall enter into force on 17 July 1993.
This Regulation shall be binding in its entirety and directly applicable in all Member States .
