COMMISSION REGULATION (EEC) No 2222/93 of 5 August 1993 fixing the export refunds on cereals and on wheat or rye flour, groats and meal

Whereas the world market situation or the specific Article 1 requirements of certain markets may make it necessary to vary the refund for certain products according to destina­ tion : The export refunds on the products listed in Article 1 (a), (b) and (c) of Regulation (EEC) No 1766/92, excluding malt, exported in the natural state, shall be as set out in the Annex hereto. Whereas the refund must be fixed once a month ; whereas it may be altered in the intervening period ;

Whereas the representative market rates defined in Article Article 2 1 of Council Regulation (EEC) No 3813/92 (4) are used to convert amounts expressed in third country currencies

This Regulation shall be binding in its entirety and directly applicable in all Member States .
