Whereas the measures provided for in this Regulation are Having regard to the Treaty establishing the European in accordance with the opinion of the Management Economic Community, Committee for Cereals,

Having regard to Council Regulation (EEC) No 1766/92 HAS ADOPTED THIS REGULATION : of 30 June 1992, on the common organization of the market in cereals (l), as amended by Regulation (EEC) No 2193/93 (2), and in particular Article 5 thereof,

Article1¶

In Article 4 (3) of Regulations (EEC) No 1192/93, (EEC) Whereas Commission Regulation (EEC) No 2931 /93 (3), No 1193/93, (EEC) No 1194/93, (EEC) No 1195/93, lays down the procedures and conditions for the disposal (EEC) No 1196/93, (EEC) No 1197/93, (EEC) of cereals held by the intervention agencies ; No 1198/93, (EEC) No 1513/93, (EEC) No 1514/93, (EEC) No 1515/93, (EEC) No 1516/93, (EEC) No 1517/93 and (EEC) No 1961 /93, the date '25 August 1993' is replaced by *30 September 1993'.
