COMMISSION REGULATION (EEC) No 2340/93 of 23 August 1993 abolishing the countervailing charge on pears originating in Australia
THE COMMISSION OF THE EUROPEAN COMMUNITIES, the conditions specified in Article 26 (1 ) of Regulation (EEC) No 1035/72 are therefore fulfilled and the counter Having regard to the Treaty establishing the European vailing charge on imports of pears originating in Australia Economic Community, can be abolished, Having regard to Council Regulation (EEC) No 1035/72 of 18 May 1972 on the common organization of the market in fruit and vegetables ('), as last amended by HAS ADOPTED THIS REGULATION : Regulation (EEC) No 638/93 (2), and in particular the second subparagraph of Article 27 (2) thereof, Article 1 Whereas Commission Regulation (EEC) No 1831 /93 (3), Regulation (EEC) No 1831 /93 is hereby repealed. introduced a countervailing charge on pears originating in Australia ; Article 2 Whereas for this product originating in Australia there were no prices for six consecutive working days ; whereas This Regulation shall enter into force on 24 August 1993.
This Regulation shall be binding in its entirety and directly applicable in all Member States .
