COMMISSION REGULATION (EEC) No 2426/93 of 1 September 1993 fixing the minimum selling prices for beef put up for sale under the invitation to tender referred to in Regulation (EEC) No 2285 /93

THE COMMISSION OF THE EUROPEAN COMMUNITIES, HAS ADOPTED THIS REGULATION : Having regard to the Treaty establishing the European Economic Community, Having regard to Council Regulation (EEC) No 805/68 of Article 1 27 June 1968 on the common organization of the market in beef and veal ('), as last amended by Regulation (EEC) No 125/93 (2), and in particular Article 7 (3) thereof, The minimum selling prices for beef for the invitation to Whereas tenders have been invited for certain quantities tender held in accordance with Regulation (EEC) No 2285/93 for which the time limit for the submission of of beef fixed by Commission Regulation (EEC) No 2285/93 (3) ; tenders was 24 August 1993 are as set out in the Annex hereto . Whereas, pursuant to Article 9 of Commission Regulation (EEC) No 2173/79 (4), as last amended by Regulation (EEC) No 1 759/93 (5), the minimum selling prices for meat put up for sale by tender should be fixed, taking into account tenders submitted ; Article 2

Whereas the measures provided for in this Regulation are in accordance with the opinion of the Management The Regulation shall enter into force on 6 September Committee for Beef and Veal, 1993 .

This Regulation shall be binding in its entirety and directly applicable in all Member States .
