COMMISSION REGULATION (EEC) No 2435/93 of 1 September 1993 abolishing a countervailing charge on table grapes originating in Cyprus

THE COMMISSION OF THE EUROPEAN COMMUNITIES, No 1035/72 are therefore fulfilled and the countervailing charge on imports of table grapes originating in Cyprus, Having regard to the Treaty establishing the European can be abolished, Economic Community, Having regard to Council Regulation (EEC) No 1035/72 of 18 May 1972 on the common organization of the HAS ADOPTED THIS REGULATION : market in fruit and vegetables ('), as last amended by Regulation (EEC) No 638 /93 (2), and in particular the Article 1 second subparagraph of Article 27 (2) thereof, Whereas Commission Regulation (EEC) No 2342/93 (•') Regulation (EEC) No 2342/93 is hereby repealed. introduced a countervailing charge on table grapes origin­ ating in Cyprus ; Article 2 Whereas for table grapes originating in Cyprus, there were no prices for six consecutive working days ; whereas the This Regulation shall enter into force on 2 September conditions specified in Article 26 ( 1 ) of Regulation (EEC) 1993 .

This Regulation shall be binding in its entirety and directly applicable in all Member States .
