COMMISSION REGULATION (EEC) No 2576/93 of 20 September 1993 opening an invitation to tender for the sale of olive oil held by the Spanish intervention agency

Article 5 The storage charge referred to in Article 1 5 of Regulation (EEC) No 2960/77 shall be 3 ECUS per 1 00 kilograms. Not later than three days after the expiry of the time limit laid down for the submission of tenders, Senpa shall send Article 10 the Commission a list, without mentioning names, stating the highest tender received for each lot put up for sale. The operative event for the agricultural conversion rate applicable in the context of this invitation to tender shall Article 6 be determined in accordance with the provisions of Article 10 of Regulation (EEC) No 1068/93. The minimum selling price per 100 kilograms of oil shall be fixed, in accordance with the procedure laid down in Article 11 Article 38 of Regulation No 136/66/EEC, on the basis of the tenders received, not later than the 10th working day This Regulation shall enter into force on the third day after the expiry of each final date laid down .for the following its publication in the Official Journal of the submission of tenders.
