THE COMMISSION OF THE EUROPEAN COMMUNITIES, The customs export formalities must be completed during the period from 1 July to 31 December 1993 .' Having regard to the Treaty establishing the European Economic Community,

Having regard to Council Regulation (EEC) No 1766/92 Article 2 of 30 June 1992 on the common organization of the market in cereals ('), as amended by Regulation (EEC) No 2193/93 (2), and in particular Article 5 thereof, In Article 3 of Regulations (EEC) No 1192/93, (EEC) No 1193/93, (EEC) No 1194/93, (EEC) No 1195/93, Whereas Commission Regulation (EEC) No 2131 /93 (3), (EEC) No 1196/93, (EEC) No 1197/93, (EEC) lays down the procedures and conditions for the disposal No 1198/93, (EEC) No 1513/93, (EEC) No 1514/93, of cereals held by the intervention agencies ; (EEC) No 1515/93, (EEC) No 1516/93 and (EEC) No 1517/93, '30 November 1993' is replaced by Whereas, in view of allowing the execution of exports, '31 December 1993'. both the period for completion of customs export forma­ lities and the final date of validity of export licences provided for in Commission Regulations (EEC) No 1192/93 (4), (EEQ No 11 93/93 (5), (EEC) Article 3 No 1 194/93 (6), (EEC) No 1 195/93 Q, (EEC) No 1196/93 (8), (EEC) No 1197/93 0, (EEC) No 1198/ In Article 4 (3) of Regulations (EEC) No 1192/93, (EEC) 93 (10), (EEC) No 1513/93 (n), (EEC) No 1514/93 (12), (EEC) No 1193/93, (EEC) No 1194/93, (EEC) No 1195/93, No 1515/93 (13), (EEC) No 1516/93 (14) and (EEC) No (EEC) No 1196/93, (EEC) No 1197/93, (EEC) 1517/93 (15) should be amended ; whereas the last partial No 1198/93, (EEC) No 1513/93, (EEC) No 1514/93, invitation to tender should be postponed ; (EEC) No 1515/93, (EEC) No 1516/93 and (EEC) No 1517/93, '30 September 1993' is replaced by '28 October Whereas the measures provided for in this Regulation are 1993 '. in accordance with the opinion of the Management Committee for Cereals,
