COMMISSION REGULATION (EEC) No 2765/93 of 7 October 1993 temporarily suspending the advance fixing of export refunds on poultrymeat

Whereas consideration of the situation on the market in Article 2 poultrymeat reveals the existence of a number of problems arising from the application of the provisions This Regulation shall enter into force on 8 October 1993 .

This Regulation shall be binding in its entirety and directly applicable in all Member States.
