COMMISSION REGULATION (EEC) No 2844/93 of 18 October 1993 fixing the rates of the refunds applicable to eggs and egg yolks exported in the form of goods not covered by Annex II to the Treaty
THE COMMISSION OF THE EUROPEAN COMMUNITIES, which are manufactured under similar conditions ; and

Whereas, in accordance with the second subparagraph of Article 4 (1 ) of Regulation (EEC) No 3035/80, the rate of Article 1 the refund per 100 kilograms for each of the basic products in question must be fixed for a period of the same duration as that for which refunds are fixed for the 1 . The rates of the refunds applicable to the products same products exported unprocessed ; appearing in Annex A to Regulation (EEC) No 3035/80 and listed in Article 1 ( 1 ) of Regulation (EEC) No 2771 /75, exported in the form of goods listed in the Whereas, in accordance with paragraph 2 of that Article, Annex to Regulation (EEC) No 2771 /75, are hereby fixed as shown in the Annex hereto. when that rate is being determined particular account should be taken of : 2. Refunds on exports to the Federal Republic of Yugoslavia (Serbia and Montenegro) may be granted only (a) the average costs incurred by processing industries in where the conditions laid down in Regulation (EEC) No obtaining supplies of the basic products in question 990/93 are observed. on the Community market and the prices ruling on the world market ;

This Regulation shall be binding in its entirety and directly applicable in all Member States .
