COMMISSION REGULATION (EEC) No 2963/93 of 27 October 1993 amending Regulation ( EEC) No 2781/93 and increasing to 500 000 tonnes the amount of durum wheat held by the Italian intervention agency for which a standing invitation to tender for resale on the internal market has been opened

THE COMMISSION OF THE EUROPEAN COMMUNITIES, Whereas the measures provided for in this Regulation are in accordance with the opinion of the Management Having regard to the Treaty establishing the European Committee for Cereals, Economic Community, Having regard to Council Regulation (EEC) No 1766/92 of 30 June 1992 on the common organization of the market in cereals ('), as amended by Regulation (EEC) HAS ADOPTED THIS REGULATION : No 2193/93 (2), and in particular Article 5 thereof,
