COMMISSION REGULATION (EC) No 3191 /93 of 19 November 1993 abolishing the countervailing charge and re-establishing a preferential customs duty on imports of fresh lemons originating in Turkey

THE COMMISSION OF THE EUROPEAN COMMUNITIES, to the reference price for two consecutive market days ; whereas the conditions specified in the second indent of Having regard to the Treaty establishing the European Article 26 ( 1 ) of Regulation (EEC) No 1035/72 are there Community, fore fulfilled and the countervailing charge on imports of Having regard to Council Regulation (EEC) No 1035/72 these products originating in Turkey can be abolished ; of 18 May 1972 on the common organization of the Whereas the measures provided for in this Regulation are market in fruit and vegetables ('), as last amended by in accordance with the opinion of the Management Regulation (EEC) No 638/93 (2), and in particular the first Committee for Fruit and Vegetables, subparagraph of Article 27 (2) thereof,
