COMMISSION REGULATION (EC) No 3294/93 of 30 November 1993 amending Regulation (EEC) No 1198/93 increasing to 4 400 000 tonnes the quantity of bread-making wheat held by the French intervention agency for which a standing invitation to tender for export has been opened
