COMMISSION REGULATION (EC) No 3321 /93 of 2 December 1993 abolishing the countervailing charge on tomatoes originating in Morocco

Whereas the present trend of prices for products origin­ Article 2 ating in Morocco on the representative markets referred to in Regulation (EEC) No 2118/74 of the Commission ^), as last amended by Regulation (EEC) No 249/93 (6), This Regulation shall enter into force on 3 December recorded or calculated in accordance with the provisions 1993 .

This Regulation shall be binding in its entirety and directly applicable in all Member States .
