COMMISSION REGULATION (EC) No 72/94 of 14 January 1994 abolishing the countervailing charge on fresh Clementines originating in Morocco

THE COMMISSION OF THE EUROPEAN COMMUNITIES, at least equal to the reference price for three consecutive market days ; whereas the conditions specified in the Having regard to the Treaty establishing the European second indent of Article 26 (2) of Regulation (EEC) No Community, 1035/72 are therefore fulfilled and the countervailing Having regard to Council Regulation (EEC) No 1035/72 charge on imports of these products originating in of 18 May 1972 on the common organization of the Morocco can be abolished, market in fruit and vegetables ('), as last amended by Regulation (EC) No 3669/93 (2), and in particular the second subparagraph of Article 27 (2) thereof, HAS ADOPTED THIS REGULATION : Whereas Commission Regulation (EC) No 32/94 (3), intro­ duced a countervailing charge on fresh Clementines origi­ Article 1 nating in Morocco ; Regulation (EC) No 32/94 is hereby repealed. Whereas the present trend of prices for products origina­ ting in Morocco on the representative markets referred to in Commission Regulation (EEC) No 211 8/74 (4), as last Article 2 amended by Regulation (EEC) No 249/93 (5), recorded or calculated in accordance with the provisions of Article 5 This Regulation shall enter into force on 15 January of that Regulation, indicated that entry prices have been 1994.

This Regulation shall be binding in its entirety and directly applicable in all Member States .
