COMMISSION REGULATION (EC) No 154/94 of 27 January 1994 determining the extent to which applications lodged in January 1994 licences for certain eggs and poultrymeat products under the regime provided for by the Interim Agreements concluded by the Community with the Republic of Poland, the Republic of Hungary, the Czech Republic and the Slovak Republic can be accepted
THE COMMISSION OF THE EUROPEAN COMMUNITIES, HAS ADOPTED THIS REGULATION : Having regard to the Treaty establishing the European Community, Having regard to Commission Regulation (EEC) Article 1 No 2699/93 of 30 September 1993 laying down detailed rules for the application in the eggs and poultrymeat sector of the regime provided for by the Interim Agree 1 . Applications for import licences for the period ments concluded by the Community with the Republic of 1 January to 31 March 1994 submitted under Regulation Poland, the Republic of Hungary, the former Czech and (EEC) No 2699/93 shall be met as referred to in Annex I. Slovak Federal Republic ('), as amended by Regulation (EC) No 3549/93 (2), and in particular Article 4 (5), 2. This Regulation shall be binding in its entirety and directly applicable in all Member States.
