COMMISSION REGULATION (EC) No 161/94 of 27 January 1994 fixing production refunds on cereals and rice

THE COMMISSION OF THE EUROPEAN COMMUNITIES, Whereas the production refunds to be fixed in this Regu lation should be adjusted by the coefficients listed in the Having regard to the Treaty establishing the European Annex II to Regulation (EEC) No 1722/93 to establish Community, the exact amount payable ;

Having regard to Council Regulation (EEC) No 1418/76 HAS ADOPTED THIS REGULATION : of 21 June 1976 on the common organization of the market in rice (3), as last amended by Regulation (EEC) No 1544/93 (4), and in particular Article 9 (3) thereof, Article 1 Having regard to Commission Regulation (EEC) No 1722/93 of 30 June 1993 laying down detailed rules for the arrangements concerning production refunds in the The production refunds payable on cereals and rice in cereals and rice sectors (*), and in particular Article 3 accordance with Regulation (EEC) No 1722/93 shall be thereof, ECU 33,38 per tonne.
